History
The Biogas Program for Animal Husbandry Sector of Vietnam was launched in 2003 by the Biogas Project Division under the Department of Livestock and Production, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, in cooperation with SNV, an international development organisation established in the Netherlands and financed by the Netherlands government.
