TerraClear (originally Lao Water Resources (LWR)) was founded in 2005 as a consulting engineering company with a vision to improve access to safe water for all Lao people. 2010, LWR re-registered as TerraClear.  This gave us specific permission to manufacture and sale Ceramic Water Purifiers for the next 15 years.
